OC Parks is turning up the volume this summer with another series of free outdoor concerts every Thursday evening from 5 to 8 p.m. at regional parks across Orange County, including Mile Square, Mason, Craig, Irvine, and Bluff Park at Salt Creek Beach.

The series kicked off June 19, and there are still seven more concerts to go, including Flashback Heart Attack (80s hits), the Grammy-winning Mariachi Divas, and The Pistol Blonde (female country covers). Tribute fans can catch Dream Like Taylor, Elton: The Early Years, and No Duh: The Ultimate Tribute to No Doubt.

The series wraps up August 21 at Salt Creek Beach with Boy Band Review, delivering fan-favorite hits from iconic boy bands and more. Whether it’s Latin, rock, pop, or country, there’s something for everyone to enjoy under the summer sky.

Who is OC Independent?

The OC Independent is dedicated to providing factual, informative reporting on Orange County government, politics, education and quality of life issues such as homelessness and access to housing. We seek to illuminate aspects of issues, movements and trends that receive little or no attention from more established, mainstream outlets. Our editorial philosophy is grounded in the principles of the American Founding: limited government, federalism, the separation of powers and equality before the law as indispensable to securing our liberties. The opinions and stances articulated in OC Independent editorials flow from those principles, and are grounded in facts.
